About Payment Methods for Aha Ads
A payment method is what you use to pay for Aha Ads. Some payment methods can’t be used with foreign currencies (currencies other than your country’s official currency). We use Stripe, so a transaction fee may apply.
To facilitate payments, we offer two primary methods: adding funds to your account or connecting a credit card. When making payments, the system first attempts to deduct the amount from any funds you have added to your account. If the available balance in your funds is insufficient, the system will then charge the remaining amount to the connected credit card. This dual-method approach ensures seamless transactions, allowing you to maintain control over your spending and payment preferences.

After signing your contract, you can top up your account using a variety of payment methods. We accept credit cards and debit cards with the Visa, MasterCard, American Express, CUP, Discover & Diners Club, eftpos, or Japan Credit Bureau (JCB) logo. Here’s how you can add funds to your account.
Adding Funds to Your Account
Sign In: Log into your Aha Ads account and confirm the terms and service.
Deposit Funds: Enter the amount you wish to deposit, and follow the prompts to complete the transaction.
Enter Details: Fill in your payment information.
Save and Confirm: Review your details and click Submit to finalize the setup of your payment method.
What to Expect
Your ads will start serving almost immediately after you’ve made a payment.
Once your one-time use card’s expiration date or credit limit is reached, be sure to generate another one-time use card and enter the information in your account for future payments. Otherwise, your payment could be declined. For all other payment declines, please contact your local banks.
